Aquilani has played approximately 50 minutes in the league and 100 in other competitions. So 150 minutes after making his comeback 2 months ago? Benitez never gives him a chance, I'd be starting to worry that Benitez flat out doesn't rate him. The tackling stat is correct though, nearly 80 minutes playing in CM and not one ****ing tackle.
Why does money matter so much to you? The only people who should be judged on how much he is earning and how much was payed for him are those responsible i.e the Manangers and board. You have to cautious with a player coming back from an injury like his and Benitez has done that pretty well. 133 minutes is a lot less than the 1 and a half seasons at United that Berbaflop has had to prove himself.
Well you go on about Berbaflop being really good with assists (Because you know he cant find the net very often) and the fact is, Riera has more than him in the league this season. Riera. And again, Owen starting ahead of this assist machine says it all.

Benitez says he's not playing because he's not match fit, well last time I checked the only way you get match fit is from playing matches. Aquilani, at Roma, was good going forward, the amount of times you've been hunting for a goal late on, he could've done a job but Benitez just isn't putting him on the pitch. There has to be some other reason than just fitness. He played 76 minutes in the Champions League so he's obviously ready to play a part. Whatever you say about Berba he does pick up the odd important goal or assisst. He's not done much of note this season but he impress occasionally last year.
