The lack of a controversial signing

Almost every season there's at least one really controversial signing where someone ups and leaves without notice and there's a big blow up. I feel that this season is lacking it. Maybe it's just that the Gamblers have basically taken most of the ones most likely to cause the controversy, but I'm disappointed that major club figure at one club hasn't upped and left. I'm hoping that I just don't have the right sources but it's a bit dull to me.

 

It's not the offseason yet though. There's still time.

Yeah. From what I'm hearing though, no major figure at one club is set to leave for another, except perhaps Manero for the gamblers, but they're a new team and it's expected. Maybe you're right though. Maybe someone sneaky is just waiting until the season's over to come out with it.Nah. That'd take it too far.

 

Things are probably just getting more settled in the long-term really. There's more and more people who look like they'll stay loyal for a while rather than just trying to crack firsts everywhere.
