    Yeh Gaz checking more countries improves your scouting. It doesnt affect the talent coming through juat your knowledge of the leagues. I always pick the big european leagues to help in the CL

    Started a new Man Utd game. Sold of all non pommie blokes and brought a couple in to try and make my team competitive.

    Can see us finishing decently but no where near silverware.

    Tried that on FM13 the other week (don't have 14), sacked for getting knocked out of the FA Cup 3rd round by Forest Green - I was 6 pts off the top having played City and Arsenal twice (they were my opening games of both halves of the season - was on 21 games), and winning a CL group featuring Dortmund and Juventus.

    Suffered massively with injuries TBH, and Rooney getting sent off 3 times didn't help.

    Walker and the Ox being my big outlays too funnily enough.

    Yeah I have no depth so if I grab an injury or two I could be in trouble. Also was selling to my first offers as well so lost a lot of possible income that could have landed a Shaw/Baines etc

    Spent 17M on Butland 16 on Walker 7M on Rose and 45M on Oxie. Could restart and do better I guess but if I xan avoid being sacked ny team should start gunning it in 2 years.

    So have been playing LMA Manager 2003 since I felt the need to play some base roots Football Management.

    Took Bristol Rovers in divison three which I think is the equivalence to Skybet 2 with the goal to finish in the top 16. Manged to get us in the promotion zone only to draw the last 6 in a row and only make qualifiers which I lost. Next season I lost my second last game and missed promotion by 3 points. Lost the qualifier again :(

    Third season in and I absolutely raped the division winning by 30 points. Best management series ever.

    lol, started a new one with Arsenal, go through al the players training, best lineups/positions/formations etcetc, get to game 1 vs West Brom, lose 4-0
