Just curious, wouldn't people registering/logging in from a mobile have a different IP address and hence able to get a multi which would be hard to detect? But then again who would go to the trouble.
I have logged in on so many different IPs it ridiculous. My phone, my computer, my dads computer, my step sisters computer, my grand mothers computer in Wales, the school computers, my laptop. Probably a couple I've forgotten.
