Talking about scrums, the Chiefs will be happy the beast is out for their game. The Sharks' scrum should still destroy the Chiefs' but if they can't get tries as seen last week against the Landers, I don't think it'll account for much.

 

So basically he's saying that even if they've immorally opted for the golden oldies it's all good Goes onto say how poor Barrett's kicking was is irrelevant because that scrum was straight in front of our posts - Barrett had stopped kicking but even he wouldn't miss that.

It's more just downplaying the scale of how bad it is rather than flat out denying it. Even if that player was injured, there was definitely a want for uncontested scrums - hence getting him off and hence not playing the reserve at TH.

 

This isn't a Canes v Chiefs thing. I couldn't care less about that anymore, we were the better performing team and are starting to look really good, big positives.

This is a thing about sportsmanship - Fwiw a lot of Aussie/ SA fans have been raging about it too. It makes NZ rugby look bad at the very least.

You were never on it, bet if you were any other fan but Chiefs you'd be appalled.

Not sure tbh. The travel takes some impact imo. The Lions are playing some really good rugby but the Canes are starting to look good too. Really could go either way. At home we'd win, not so sure away with the travel.

I have a ridiculous bet on this Chiefs game. I have $45 @ $1.12 for them to win head to head.

I didn't feel comfortable about them winning by 13+

That and I hate picking margins anyway.

 

Force have been very poor. It's possible because the Bulls aren't that great either but based on form I wouldn't say that.

 

My $45 is safe. What a battle to earn $5. I had a feeling it would be close. Very well reffed game.

 

I dunno why you'd put so much on a game for so little return. Just too risky.

Chiefs confirming that they're getting worse game by game, pretty poor display against a pretty poor Sharks too.

 

I had money on the Sharks +20 and +18 won easily. Didn't think the Chiefs would run away with it as you'd logically think. Sharks were able to get some tries as Chiefs have some pretty shit defence.

 

Force game starts in a minute [MENTION=2357]Rego[/MENTION]. The Force are +6.5 which isn't enough of a start for my liking.
