http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-32618821 This is the first I've heard anything but that's a massive thing to do. I wonder what repercussions that will have on Real and Barca's CL hopes
Its very interesting. Being a Juve supporter when i heard this news i thought it could benefit us leading into the second leg. Unfortunately for us, the halt on games is as of the 16th of May (just after the second leg of Semi's in CL) If either of the Spanish teams make it to the final - Barca the most likely - i think it could play a huge part in how they come out against Juve/Real
Yeah it'll definitely impact the Final if they progress. I wonder if it will impact on the transfer market too... it might diminish La Liga's appeal And the Copa del rey i think
Wonder if/how it will effect Barca leading into the final. Obviously they will have training and probably play a few games in training but it still doesn't compare to a league fixture. Will be interesting!
I'd probably say at this stage of a long season, after a WC summer, an extra couple of weeks rest might be more of a help than a hinderance.
Maybe. On the other hand Fergie said in 09 resting players in the last league game of the season before the final was a mistake as the players lost their rythm
