That's the thing, Canterbury has and always has had great development. Yet they still take every other regions talent, like Guildford and Dagg to name recent examples.
Those are the obvious examples, where they've taken already made talent. Guildford, Dagg, Fruean etc. However, they also have scouts out there at the school level and poach kids to study at Chch Boys or some other School to 'develop' them as Cantabrians. The Whitelocks - all from the Manawatu, all went to Feilding High School, but you try telling that to a Cantab.

We're picking some shunts this round, aren't we? Was torn over Faldo v Rogers v Somerset. In the end I went for the bloke who I thought was improving and would benefit from the new season system. Rogers only did as well as the average reserves player for Asia last season, and Somerset is to get done in by having his CW posts removed.
Anyone know of any fullbacks that are left? Gonna take me an age to trawl through the remaining ones.
