    Not saying it doesn't affect them at all, but I think in the end it's supporters of Essendon, and the players (especially if they didn't know, weren't part of it) who will feel it the hardest.

    p.s. hard to be an AFL fan at all in townsville sadly. One of these years Imma head to the ANZAC day game though. (if we can keep it after the drug scandal thing finishes up)

    They'll probably feel it the most, but they're definitely not the only ones hurt by it.


    ANZAC game is fucking amazing.
    Easily the best sporting atmosphere I've ever experienced, followed by a Qld Cup grand final :p

    Manero to confirm how awesome it was.
    Probably only like 5-6 thousand people, but atmosphere was immense.

    I think Manero and I were both converted to Wynnum fans by half time.
