Tried everything to stop hodge but couldn't. Not even Carrots could do it in the last quarter. Difference was pretty much Bosh had elite rebound from Hodge and elite link up from Wingard. Morgie lacked that.
Cox/Hale h4x Hard to win a game when you lose hitouts 45/10. There's a bug where the 'home team' always get a few less hitouts but it's normally 10-15 not 35.
Reckon Oz will be pretty happy with that in all honesty. Rested Priddis, Cotchin, Libba and Hanley and as such was overrun in the midfield as Deledio and Hannebury didn't even need to bother with being accountable. Crowley tried hard and kept Deledio kinda quiet when he was on him (Q2, Q4) after Starting on Dangerfield and resting in the third quarter. Not only that though but Paul went in with Mumford out who IMO is his most crucial player. Witts isn't very good and Nicholls is reasonable around the ground but a pretty average tap ruckman - doesn't get very many taps and when he does he's not particularly flash (barring the odd naitanui esque moment of brilliance) so he needs Mumford to give him the supply. Can get away with Nicholls and Mumford both in the one side thankfully though as both are ok forward and Nicholls could play through the middle thanks to his mobility. Was also without Rutten who'd have kept Schulz honest and only had one KPF in Pods - when Broadbent starts at CHF you're in for a bad time. Add Josh J Kennedy into the side and it's a different thing altogether. Reckon Paul will be real happy there.
Updated Draw The only people I don't need lineups from are Theo, Masters, Jimmy, Diggler and KATA So everyone get them in. Nino and Mousey have 24 hrs to get theirs in and after that everyone else who's due will have 48 hrs. Forfeits will occur and trust me, forfeits hurt.
Masters just ran out of legs, really. McKenzie did really well early, pretty much shutting out Beams but unfortunately Masters not only named too many talls on his bench but just didn't have the midfield rotation. That and the fact that he only went in with one KF and he was doomed. Cyril moved into a pocket after half time and became dominant. Won Mousey the game. Doesn't matter really though. Both should be trying to trade for an elite category ruck or else they'll be mid table anyway, Vardy/Grundy aren't good enough lead rucks in this. Also, top tip. Name 2 key forwards, three if you've got 3 ones good enough. With only one you're really starting from behind.
