He's a good player, on his day he's a bloody good player. Definitely not as good as commentators make him out to be. If he consistantly played 6 I'd probably think alot more of him. Locky's a bit old now but I would still take him any day over JT

Tbh, It helps that he is pretty much the sole playmaker for the Cows. Pretty much all their points comes through Thurston one way or another, makes himself look good tbh.
There forward pack should be much better than it is but I dont know, The Cowboys are still missing something IMO.
So you've got a fullback playing as a five eighth, and a five eighth playing a a halfback. You need a halfback so they can all play their actual positions.
This isnt a huge lead, but against Saints it might be way too big, hope the Cows have got a heap of tries in them. In fact they do and they better ****ing fire up and score some.
