Same rubbish as last week. Cowboys won't make top 4 or get past week 1 of the finals at the rate they're going.
Nah Granville was garbage last week too. The team in general have been pathetic for awhile now even with Granville there. Lack of one or two players doesn't excuse their not having a dig.
Think we'll struggle without Napa & Copley in the 2nd half. Not much better than Sunday footy on a dry track though. Just fuck the video refs off please.
If Roosters go on with this Canberra are pretty much definites for the top 4, will have a 3 point buffer if they lose to Melbourne and 5 point if they win. Go the Chooks.
Fuck it was so nice knowing that at no point Guerra could come onto the field to fuck things up. It was fun to pretend we were a top team again for 80 minutes.
Geez Feldt was pathetic. I think Green really needs to be a bit smarter with his bench when not at full strength, the Cows struggle a bit when they've got Hannant and Granville in the side when he has Taumololo, Scott and Tamou off at the same time. Sticking to that same strategy with weaker replacements is just a bit daft imo. They looked much more likely at the back end when they got them back on the paddock.
He also needs to stop letting Thurston get the ball at third reciever. It has become predictable and easy to defend and he is getting smashed every time. Surely if he is at first reciever he will have much more time to do his thing and create something
Thats a really good point, I think Morgan is much more suited to getting it at 3rd receiver under that sort of pressure, better turn off pace and pretty good decision making, realistically you're either shovelling it on, stabbing a grubber or running yourself. Let Thurston set it all up.
Agreed. His bench rotating has been a major weakness this year. In the Eels and Manly games in Townsville the Cows nearly got ran down when they took those 3 off at the same time.
