Well I hate to say it but I'd pick Hoffman at fullback again if it's between him and Barba. Reckon it should be Hodges though.
We could be defending in the opposing half though Seriously though, I am over the moon. This is one of the games we were going to drop.
It reminded me of a few close games we did lose this year, due to some late tries after us dropping bombs. But didn't because Maranta was excellent under the high ball.
Yeah and we could be attacking in our own. That goes without saying. I think it's an easier transition when the ball changes hands as opposed to when we or they cross over halfway. It's not too much of a problem in attack obviously but asking Hodges and Hoffman to switch mid-set when we're defending is rather problematic, I think. At any rate I don't think it's wise to ask Hoffman to defend on the right. We have enough problems there already.
Yeah. I thought we'd win but this game followed a pattern of many games we've played this year which we've gone on to lose. It keeps our record against top 8 sides this year at 50% which isn't too bad.
