My theory is Dave Taylor's centre of gravity is in his arse, due to it's tremendous size. Thus he's alway tilted backwards causing him to have to always be reaching forward for and in turn always knocking it on.
I think it is a great penalty. Asotasi stepping to the side does two things. Firstly, it puts the markers out of play, and secondly it unnecessarily speeds up the PTB to the disadvantage to the defending team/

Good point. Shortall was probably a little keen to penalise against the PTB considering the demand for the crackdown. I'd agree with you there mate.
