I think MF is starting to crack.

  2. Magic AJ Parker

I kinda picked up on this when you were commenting on the Souths/Easts game from last week and Reynolds kicking game.

    You're such a fucking waster

That below, son. I'll give Magic one thing; he can be quite perceptive. Or you can ask EWS, I told him I wouldn't be around much due to moving and that I wouldn't be watching many games. The games I've watched are the ones that I commented on during the games themselves. The Titans game for example. So it's not an excuse. I don't repudiate that I was wrong about Easts. Grossly wrong in fact. But I dragged it out for a while partly to get up Magic's nose.

Dude, you watch the games and still don't know wtf you're on about.

  6. Toolman TR Man

lol. You've been around heaps. You are the last person who could possibly pull off the excuse of acting as if they were too busy to forum or watch footy. You've already lost alot of respect for your terribly incorrect opinion on the Roosters and your stubbornness to change that opinion. Let's not take it further and say your opinion is worthless on everything because you don't even watch the game.

It's really a lose lose situation for you isn't it? It was always coming to this.

  7. Flash JP Thornton

    Haha you fagget

Whose respect have I lost; yours? Oh no. Whatever shall I do? Did you lose respect when your terribly incorrect opinion about the Titans being a top 8 side was disproved? Or when you said the Roosters by how many against the Sharks?

I'm not interested in how you value my opinion. As I've said, I'm confident in my RL knowledge and analysis. If you don't think my opinions are valid or of any worth, then don't read them. I'd be happier if you decided not to.

Actually, the only reason the Titans didn't make the 8 was because they had a horror injury run about two weeks after I made that call. After that even I thought they were no hope of getting as close as they did, they played really well.

You're losing everyone's respect by your immature behaviour and inability to just accept a mistake and move on. You've held on to your ego so dearly that now that the Roosters have crushed it, you don't know where to turn. First you'll admit that you were wrong, then next minute another part of you still can't accept their greatness and you'll try and talk them down again, then you'll start making excuses pretending you were trolling. You're lost. I can help you find your way. But this act has to stop. You're making it more painful to watch everyday. Even I'm starting to feel bad about it, it's almost as if the very fragments of your mental stability have evaporated. I didn't ever want it to come to this. Just poke some fun and laugh at you for being wrong and then we go along with our lives. But this is just becoming sad.

They were a prank top 8 side and everybody on here except you saw it. You said at the start of the year that they were certain to make the top 6. Good call on that one.

You really shouldn't talk for other people. For one thing, you're not very perceptive. And I seem to recall conceding 3 times now. You can't even admit that you were wrong about the Titans.

Lol at you going through the annals trying to find something to discredit me on as if that saves you from your embarrassment. It's always your tactic. I don't even remember where I had the Titans at the start of the season. Pretty sure nobody in the world got every prediction correct. I never harped on about my opinions though and adapted to how the season moved along, instead of holding onto them in sheer defiance. If I had of held on all season to.. say.. the Cowboys being a top 4 team as I thought they would be, posted in every single thread each round justifying every loss, gloating at all their wins, refusing to accept that I was wrong, then maybe you'd have the right to start calling me out. But I didn't do that, cause, you know... I'm not an idiot.

  12. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

Nah, you're right. You did change. You went from saying they were certain top 6 material to saying they were definite top 8 material when everbody else could see they were prank. And when that turned out to be bullshit too, you then say it's purely because of injuries. Good call...

And yeah, lol at me for bringing up the fact that your shitty prediction goes all the way back to the pre-season. That's totally uncalled for. I mean why would somebody do that?

    Roosters won't make the GF.

  14. Toolman TR Man

I wont continue. I feel bad for what I'm doing.

Acting like you don't make shit calls and then try to maintain them in the face of mounting evidence? You absolutely do and you know you do. You just prefer to be hypocritical about it.

Which is why we never see you admit mistake on anything.

  16. Cribbage RG Cribb

You definitely seem to know a lot about it for someone who didn't watch it though. I mean, it was true that Lyon absolutely gave Jennings a bath and that the Roosters defence inside Manly's half was pretty poor in general.

The only footage I've seen of the game was the highlights reel on NRL.com. The rest was made up purely from looking at stats. That is the God's honest truth. Stats suggest Manly must've made some decent in-roads to run for that many metres. 1700m+ is enormous. And they also suggest that there must've been a large disparity between how Easts defended in different parts of the field. I mean how else do you miss 40 tackles but not concede any points? Either Manly were woefully inept in attack (which they seemed to be based on some of the footage I saw when they made line breaks), or Easts defended their goal line well. Which means they must've been defended much worse further up-field. If that's a fair assessment of what happened, then good. Shows what you can do with stats. It can't have been too convincing though because like my comment about Reynolds's kicking game last week, Magic saw through it.

I can't even see them making the top 8 tbh.

Melbourne are definitely capable of beating Easts, as they did earlier in the year. They need to get out of their slump pretty quickly though.

    Is Cordner back this week?
