Webber isn't that good, at all. But when you have someone batting eight and keeping wicket, it's a pretty well-hidden role. He's certainly good enough to bat eight.
I don't think he is, at all. His keeping is good and he's a good batsman for someone batting #8. For the role he plays in the team he's quite good. As good as any wicket keeper with the gloves and as good as any #8 batsman.
