Dugan and Campese tbh. Plaus TLL, Picker, Shillington and Tongue were missing for extended periods. If you took the comparitive players out of most squads they'd be fucked as well. The Orford experiment failed dismally but it was worth a punt. Orforfd/Campo at full fitness would be a good combo. As it stands I reckon Williams will be one of the better halfbacks in a couple of years. I've said that for a while though.
Just remembered. Either way, the Raiders defence was terrible and it had nothing to do with Dugan not being at the back.
When Canberra had close to their best team on they lapped NQ. Their best 2 players got injured in a 5 min period and forwards played in the backs, forwards played tired and NQ having their best team on the field captalised. Normally I would criticise Canberra and Furner but it was simplay a matter of a top 17 vs a tiring and depleted 15 for 60 minutes.
They lost 8 games in a row with Dugan there. The Cowboys are not 4th and the Raiders last because of luck.
And if Thurston, Bowen and Scott were injured NQ wouldn't have done that. NQ won fair enough but it was luck. If the injuries hadn't have occurred Canberra would have won comfortably.

Had more to do with the Cowboys woeful defence than anything the Raiders did IMO. Campese hasn't played all year so it's not as if that was a massive loss. He didn't even start the game. They weren't tired and depleted when Thurston and Hall scored. Yeah a top 17 that didn't include their two best centres.
I didn't say it wasn't. When mentioning it not being luck, I was talking about the season. I even said the Raiders have been horrible since Dugan and Tilse went off.
Poorly worded. I don't mean they lost all 8 with him there. They lost 8 games in a row and even with him at fullback it continued. They lost to the Knights with Dugan. And they got flogged by the Tigers with Dugan. I watch a hell of a lot more NRL than you.

and lol Dugan has played 3 80 minute games. He played about 5 mins against the Titans and 20 (after sodomy) against the Cows. Give it up already mf.
