Because I don't want provinces deciding on one designated candidate thus ruling out those who might want to step up 'ineligible' - I'd like anyone who wants to participate in ARS to have equal opportunity. I'm selecting who does it, not each province - and that's for a reason, trust me.
I'd genuinely rather take up my WA ties than play for England. Would make way more sense to just make it Britain.
Yeah I saw that posted later. But still if he did wish to bring in England separately in the future. It seems like the provinces for this sim could work very differently than the others.
I wouldn't be though. There'll never be enough for celtic to standalone and I'd much rather have 'british isles' as it will be in the JTC soon than re-allocate Celts to provinces most have no attachment to.
