Obviously we won that game on efficiency, and I would reckon contested ball in the middle, destroyed on the Inside fifties, seems the only place we were actually ahead though.

    For the Match I'd have:

    3.Davis - Turned the game around, 28 disposals, 3 goals and 7 inside 50s
    2.Selwood - 29 disposals, 9 marks, and 8 inside 50s
    1.Lovett-Murray - 31 disposals, 11 marks and 12 rebounds for 50.

Yeah I was Kinda looking at my team points (even though being ofseason they won't count) but over-all I'd have to agree with you, although I might almost be inclined to give Lovett-Murray the two, because those are some mean stats coming from the backline.

But LM was on Davis for the majority of the game, so i dropped a vote for that.

Was obviously playing two loose (particularly in that second quarter) It meant he could pick up his own stats but also meant neon was given to much room to get his groove on.

Looking at the Team stats, quite confused how the Husslers lost. They dominated most key areas. Must have just missed shots...all together.

Nah I just think that my Half-Back line and centre-field managed to stop the ball short of their forward fifty. We had Like twice the forward fifty entries, and obviously we were just more efficient with our possessions. Look at who there high possession getters were.

True, but they only had 30 clangers.

Nah we had 30 they had 38, not massively significant difference, but still significant. I just think they didn't get the key possessions. Quantity of possessions is going to prove meaningless if you don't use the ball well, even if you handle cleanly, if you just dilly dally around with the ball, with chip chicks around your back fifty or whatever then you aren't going to win games.

i got ****ing shat on even though played better according to those stats, that last decision going inside 50 wouolod have let me down that or their Backline played really well getting inside 50 clearances. Happy with my NLM trade with Denton now :D

You only got beat by such a big margin was because of the 2nd quarter.
