Offseason Sevens Sim

The SR regos are used (attack/ defence/ kicking for those applicable) are all used. Preferred position is also used to define the difference between a forward and a back (if that makes sense)

Other factors which influence players ratings is post count and form. Form all starts off the same and dependent on ratings from games it will go up and down from game to game.

Count isn't really useable, not only would it be a bitch to update everytime before a game. Eventually you'd get the perfect player since post count would increase certain ratings by x amount, thus meaning someone could be essentially rated 100 (doesn't work like that however) which would be extremely unrealistic and boring and just wouldn't work when heaps of people got to that mark. You couldn't move everyone down a bit every so often to compensate as that would be rigging it and making the sim ridiculously stupid and unrealistic.

 

Fairest way is for you to be all up for grabs as the team captains have different abilities. Wouldn't really be fair if one of the best players has their own player along with 6 other players and a newer guy had his player and 6 other guys making it unbalanced. Although none of you are new.

Let's see what Heef says but personally I reckon it's fairer not to however if your player was in another team you'd lose interest in your own team.
