Also, I'm a little embarassed about all the players who don't get picked up straight away. I seem to be the only one picking them up, and I usually wait and give another team a chance.. Rainbow Donkehs pick some up (funny how the deadwood always drifts to them even when they're new forummers), but yeah... you mightn't feel like you need the player, but giving them a chance sometimes pays off bigtime in the future.
