Early 2nd Period: NZ have come out with the same intensity in the 2nd period. They're playing hard and smart with plenty of attacking. Bots has just smashed C Laing close to his own blue line, what a hit! The puck has come to Darts, who sees that their superstar, Astele, is free up ahead. He fires the puck at him, Astele takes it, moves centre rink, shoots.... GOAL!!!! What poor work from GB, Laing gave up the puck so easily in his own half, and then Astele was left unmarked and was able to fire a quick one in before GB recovered.... Mid 2nd Period: GB are really struggling now, they just have no answer for this fired up NZ team who are at the top of their game, much like their round 1 game against NSW, where they won 5 - 1. C Laing's just gone to the box, and NZ will be looking to seal it right here, right now, with the man advantage. Humble's with the puck, and he is looking for some space to get a shot off.. He fakes a pass to Astele.... Everyone's fallen for it, since he is their go to man tonight. Humble gets a powerful shot off...... GOAL #4!!!!!! Humble joins the NZ scoring party. Everyone took the fake to Astele, assuming NZ will get the puck to him every chance tonight with his goal scoring form, and it left Morris with no help at all. Late 2nd Period: Wow, this is just getting embarrassing for the GB side now. Astele has just put away a 4th goal for the night after Blunder Was hammered by him. Astele just took the puck in the attacking zone already and put it away. Morris hasn't been getting a lot of help from his D tonight, but he hasn't exactly been great himself either.
