    Henjak in his first season as a coach, lead his team to a prelimary finals appearance before a loss to the *Team shall not be mentioned due to salary cap breaches*. They could very well have made the grand final and gone on to win the competition. This would've give Henjak a premiership in his first year, and a 100% record. Bennett would fail to have either of these to his name.

    Also, I would rather Henjak as my coach due to his youth. He has a long career ahead of him, however Bennett is entering old age and may not be able to coach for many more years.

    The Warriors lack a consistent, genuine playmaker. Hohaia on his day is great, and Heremaia is proving to be a very handy player, however somelike Thurston who'll give a consistent output would be vital.
