Will players definitely be good or bad like they were in real life or is there a bit of a randomness to it ? Are players that were injury prone have any impact ? Will it have Len Bias ? Edit - Also whoever put the list together has Sidney Lowe twice.
It'll be pretty close to what they are in real life. There is an element of randomness to it but it won't influence anything in a major way (ie, it's not going to make Jordan rubbish). Injury prone players are rated as though they had not been injured (or in Bias' case, dead). So for example, Brandon Roy could be pretty beastly in this league and his career won't be cut short. I'll fix that list up proper tomorrow.
