Yeah it's a very different sort of game. Playing Abathur and even Sgt Hammer feels more like an RTS than anything. But it's a lot easier in terms of mechanics and is aiming at the casual market which I appreciate.
It's different but I think most people agree that the fun factor is a lot more dependent on whether you have four other people to play with. It's partly due to the matchmaking system being a bit underdeveloped at this stage and partly due to the core gameplay being much more team focused right from the start.
Yeah in solo queue you can have some absolutely diabolical games. I only solo queue really and I still enjoy it.
The queue sucks, wish I could play with some peeps. It definitely has the makings of a very fun game to play as a LAN style game tbh.
I'd be keen to have a game with anyone on here once I finish uni this semester and can actually spend a bit of time learning it.
Quality of coop games so shit with the new wave of invites :/ I wish I didn't have to play coop, but the talent gating means versus isn't really fair.
You had to see it coming. There's a reason the average Dota player is statistically sub-3k from what we know for instance.
