    Rothfield mentioned a couple of weeks back how Henjak doesn't listen to his players, so I'd imagine the Lockyer thing makes sense. Anthony Griffin has done well with the U20s and as an assistant coach to which he got promoted pretty quickly if I'm right. But NRL is a lot tougher than coaching an U20 side.
