Yeah, I think it would be the best option as well. Just wanted to notify him of it in case he didn't catch the announcement beforehand.
Do you have a list of players this would apply to? Might be worth tagging them all in a post to get it some attention. Chances are the players this applies to haven't been checking this sub because of the lack of play time for them.
The point of the thread was that the people interest played and I didn't have to do the work. If they're not interested it just won't happen.
Yeah, fair enough mate. It just seems weird to me that the guys who haven't had proper game time yet aren't bouncing at the opportunity.
I'm playing in the reserve league. Although I might be a "fringe" player, I haven't started a game yet so I assume I qualify. Defo worth the practise imo.
