My killer atm is I don't look at secondaries enough... Learnt now to look at wage and exp, next step- fielding & Power.
Power's an underrated one. On seamers and batsmen you're going to have to train it later, so someone starting with average power over dreadful power is essentially saving you 12 weeks of training when they're 25.... i.e. 3 extra fielding levels now or 80% of primaries. It's actually incredibly valuable to have. I find power isn't valued on the market at all between about poor and outstanding tbf

Confident I've worked out value on 20yos. Starting to work out where 21 yos should be as well. Obvious I had no idea when I had a big cheque book at the start though. I'm sure I wouldn't lose out too much on the market atm if I sold Odinga & Obuya.
Cut spending on Academies last week so had some coin in the bank, but prior to that had $0 as all was pumped in there. My max would be 130k depending on T20 crowds.
