That tech sublevel is more than 50% done btw.

 

I'd only do that if he were a spin bowler. I'd take him to outstanding fielding and power all the way.

It'll take you about 27 weeks in a good academy to do it. You'll then take 40 weeks to train him completely in power + endo. and you'll end up with a nearly 29 year old bloke with wc/wc spec/excep power endo and acc fielding. You'll reap the rewards then but the power gap even at 26/27 will be so big it'll hinder his performance while his fielding will be shit relative anyway.

You'll finish him a little early in not going to wc/wc but you can sneak in fielding and get to wc/elite power and excep primaries + wc/elite power > wc primaries and spec/excep power at the end of the day too + you save a lot of money on wages.
