FM11 Investing Challenge

I'm bored of being so damn awesome in my Man City save and want to do something new while I wait for the CPL draft to finish (so around about when FM12 comes out). So instead, I'm going to do a challenge of sorts.

I've loaded the top tier of the following leagues: Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, England*, France*, Germany*, Greece, Holland, Italy*, Mexico, Portugal*, Russia, Scotland, South Korea, Spain*, Turkey, USA, Ukraine.

* denotes the second tier also being loaded. Only clubs from loaded leagues will be eligible (because the other clubs will not have any games played).

Every person has 250 million euro to spend on clubs. The value of clubs will be how much FM has their estimated value (loan debt will be ignored, so Real Madrid valued at $811 million + $296 million debt will be worth $811 million). Once someone has bought a club, they can choose to sell the clubs back to the game at 90% of the club's current estimated value or to another person at a value they agree to.

There are two main ways to earn money. The easiest way is to buy clubs and you will receive bonuses depending on how well your clubs do. See below. Alternatively, you can invest in clubs and then sell them at a later stage (hopefully at a higher price so you make a profit).

Each person can have up to eight clubs.

Bonus payments, () indicates loss:
Win a league match: 250k
Lose a league match: (200k)
Win a cup match (excluding penalty shoot-outs): 50k + 25k per round, so winning a 4th round match will be worth 150k
Win a continental match: Same as cup, except for UEFA Champions league, which gets 50k extra per win.
Primary domestic cup win (e.g FA Cup): 40% of prize for coming first in domestic league
Secondary domestic cup win (e.g Carling Cup): 10% of prize for coming first in domestic league

Promoted: 10m
Relegated: (15m)
Continental title: 100m for Europe, 30m for everyone else
World title (ie FIFA Club World Cup): 40m
Secondary continent (ie Europa League): 30m
Other trophies (e.g FA Community Shield): 2m

Clubs must have been under the ownership of a person for at least 6 months before they can receive bonuses for titles/league finishes.
*Does not apply to the start of the game.
*For purposes of "super cups" prizes, clubs must be owned at least 3 months from the end of the previous season
*If you own a club for at least 6 months in a given league season and they are relegated, you will be penalised even if you no longer own the club at the end of the season.

If you're keen, just post which club you're interested in. I'll get back to you about the price and you can confirm if you want to buy it. If you know the club will definitely be within your budget and you don't really care what the price is, you can also just purchase them without enquiring.

I'll do this until either I get bored, CPL draft finishes (lol CricSim will begin before then) or if everyone else stops caring. No idea what rate I'll be doing this at this stage. It'll really depend on when I feel like it.
