Wish I could argue a point, but there really is very little to argue. I guess you could say that we've actually played some good football, and have scored goals, but we've been nowhere near clinical enough. Only hope now is that we do what we usually do in the second half of the season, but the premier league is a whole different ball game to the championship. Need a solid signing to boost the squad, and we'll be sorted. Rumour is that Doyle may make a surprise return.
I had my heart in my mouth for that one, and then laughed a lot. And yeah most of our games have been extra time and penalties but been against mostly teams in higher leagues apart from I think one game
Bradford's team in transfer fees cost just £7,500, with James Hanson from non-league Guiseley the only player in the team against Arsenal last night who commanded a transfer fee. By contrast Arsenal's starting XI cost in excess of £65m.
As every website is telling us, isn't that brilliant that we put a team together that good for nothing, its not all about money
That sort of talk inevitably gets bandied around when any side from the lower leagues beats a top tier team. Gervinho is terrible though. Really, really poor.
Why the fuck does he 'skip' the step before he shoots (and misses) completely throws his balance. Idiot.
