Perrett was garbage in the air and nearly cost them the match but they were in a position to win it because of his superb work from acting half. 27 runs for 225m. Kennedy off the bench was superb and inspirational - 10 runs for 108m from the bench as well as 34 tackles. He was showing how it's done. Great stuff from the kid.
Agreed. I was blowing up about that aye, there's head highs 100000 times softer that are given penalties and even on report. BS call that one was.
Best game I've ever been too. Dead set thought it was all over at half time let alone after Ayshford scored that intercept. Marty & Ryles were immense for us, plenty of hard hit ups. ****ing biggest lols when the Tigers fans were cheering after Dwyer pulled off that shot which would've been a penalty any other day of the season and we dropped a field goal just seconds later yewwww! We look a ten times better side when Friend is on the field, I hope he can overcome his injuries and play the full 80 we need him badly. Same as Myles.
YEAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Still ****ing buzzing. That was ****ing incredible. As Magic said, I thought it was all over. Already praying for Canberra to lose but we got a ****ing miracle and somehow pulled it off. We had literally **** all ball the entire game and when we did have it, it was down our own half. The Tigers should have been up by at least 20 by halftime. Luckily Benji Marshall being a stupid coconut and Gareth Ellis being a noob saved us. Oh and how that Dwyer tackle was not a penalty, I will never know. Thank **** for the once in a blue moon push of the scrum. I must say though, Golden Point was the most painful 20 minutes I have ever had to withstand. It was like we have never had to kick a ****ing field goal before. I lost my voice just screaming for 20 minutes to get a ****ing forward to hit the ball up, x that by 3 and then kick the field goal ffs. It was so frustrating watching them ****ing trying to score. I thought we blew it when Perrett the spaz touched that ball. Anyway, I now hope that Manly win to give us the week off, after 100 minutes of footy, I think the players may need it. If not, bring on the ****ing Panthers!
Forward pack was too light with Anasta and Aubusson in the 2nd row, I know it's their strategy to fit their style but I almost think they should start FPN in the 2nd row then bring Anasta or Aubusson on after 25 mins so they don't get dominated as much in the early exchanges... even with the extreme amount of dummy half running from the back 3 the 2 props can't do it all by themself with the occasional run from Myles.
