Yeah I don't think I have to download it each time. It jumped to as far as I got last time I tried to start a game.
Just have to get on the same server I think. Problem is that I'm level 16 so I can't join 0-9s etc. There was a lvl 10-30 team elimination going on and I was on that.

Horrible. Get about 0.1mbps download at most. I get like 1 second lag too. Which makes it impossible to do anything. I managed one kill where i saw a guy running and just shot in the general direction he was running to, and managed to kill him

Join a server and I'll switch accounts and join. Just put the server you're joining over here. The map, level limit and server cap, game type is enough info.
