Colesys tips for Flemington tomorrow (melbourne cup day)

Race 1.

Bit of a shit of a race really. So many first starters. Ill go with ALEZAN THUNDER. Only had the one race for the one win but it did it pretty well. Worth a shot: TYPHOON TILLY, LANGUISH and APPLEGATE


Race 2

FOXSTAR won its last race pretty comfortably but has been average before that. I like SMOLDER, only had one bad race in its like half dozen, although it hasnt won any of them its been there abouts. Hit the line fairly hard last start and im backing it to win. Include in trifectas etc INFLUENTIAL MISS, COLD STEEL REIN

Race 3

WESTERN SYMBOL should win this comfortably. ADROITLY, EXCLUDED and CRAFTY CRUISER to be included in ya trifectas.

Race 4
LITTLE SURFER GIRL won be a fair chunk of cash a few starts back but wasnt seen at all last start. For me its a toss up between HINEMOA and NERIANI. Ill back the latter.

Race 5.
Throw your house, car, mother inlaw and everything you own on KARUTA QUEEN.

Race 6
I like PRINCESS LAYLA for John O'Shea and Darren Beadman. Two starts for a win and a second. My money will be on DISPUTES with THE FAIRY'S KISS and SECRET LIAISON to make up the places.

Race 7
The big one, i backed Amercain last year with plenty of confidence, this year not so much. I dont think DUNADEN will go the distance i like the look of NIWOT and and MOURAYAN for the minors. Will have my cash on AMERICAIN though.

Race 8
The race for everyone to try and make back what they lost on the cup. I'm backing LAMASERY to edge out LONE COMMAND and ARLINGTON

Race 9
Everyones usually too drunk at this stage to know what theyre doing and any jockey that has had success in the cup is likely to be outta focus im backing PARABLES to beat SHADOWFAX and UTAH SAINTS.

Race 10
For the last race of the day I'm going to back UNDER THE EIFFEL to beat BAGMAN, TOO DEADLY and HOOD

I haven't had the chance to fucking look at the fields besides races 7 and 8.

I looked into the cup form a bit this morning (on top of what I've been following) but that's about it.

Honestly though; betting all day on the massive fields at Flemington is an absolute mug's game.

Fair enough, its the best i can do though being at work all day and only chance to get to a tab is before is start so its what ill be doing for entertainment.

 

Oi and just a tip to cunts with online accounts. Put your bets on early cos they go into meltdown from 1.30 onwards.

Yeah i did cunt. Took me over an hour going through form guides and notes ive had from the past month of racing.

 

What's it paying ?

 

Its under two bucks at the moment. I had $100 on the nose of it last week at $3.30 though and it raped it in. If i gets to even money ill throw down $100 again.

I've backed Imprimus at 31/1 fixed odds. $2 on it mainly due to the ride.
