Having Norman as your fullback cannot fill you with the greatest confidence. Hoffman has to cover him most of the time.

Thaiday was our worst forward, again. Cunt literally does nothing, except slip off easy tackles. Hoffman is close to the best winger in the game, he should be banned from ever playing fullback. Hodges, Parker, Gillett, Hannant and Hoffman all played fucking great. The lack of creativity was hidden by the shitness of Wests.
If New Zealand ever pick Hoffman at fullback and leave Locke out of the side again they should have their Test status revoked IMO.
I assume it is just a reference to the fact that Locke > Hoffman because Hoffman would still be a strong fullback if he returned there imo
We aren't exactly comparing Mini and Inglis here... Although Locke at fullback and Hoffman on the wing is a better option, Hoffman doesn't look out of place when he is at the back for them.
Given Locke is a better fullback than Hoffman and can't play wing, and Hoffman is a better winger than all their other wingers, picking Hoffman at fullback for NZ is fucking retarded. It weakens two positions.
Because he is better? My opinions of Broncos wingers are never very high. Hoffman has been absolutely killing it.
