Any tips for a complete noob? Still lvl 2, current kill record is 3 lol. I basically just go assault and try to go in CoD style but keep getting picked off even though I usually just try to follow my teammates, and whenever I get a chance I hop in a vehicle. And fucked if I know what I'm doing in a jet, no idea how to turn around.
That is the issue you can't play the CoD run and gun style it will get you absolutely destroyed. You have to go cover to cover and always be on the lookout for spots where people will likely be (roof tops, windows etc) always try to flank people when possible running head first into battle is often the quickest way to die. Map knowledge is key and that will come with time as will learning the different vehicles. Gun control is also a lot different and more realistic than CoD. Recoil is bigger and you have to factor in bullet travel time and bullet drop due to a thing called gravity which is much different from the "lasers" you fire in CoD.
they're all pretty good if you know how to use them. m416 is the most popular. i use the m16a4 but that's a personal thing.
I don't play to much Assault but if you are ever going to try Engineer I recommend the G36C or the Scar.
Yep but at the same time I think some of our maps are bigger because of that. I believe maps like Caspian Boarder, Operation Firestorm, Khrang Island etc are much bigger on the PC.
