    Not a clue, think he could be fullback in defence and stand off in attack and swap with Ratchford depending on the situation

    Gidley, at this stage of his career (and considering the strength/weaknesses of the ESL) is a half/five-eighth only. in Fact I think Newcastle really botched an opportunity to make him a full time half 3/4 years ago. They instead endured 4 seasons of slop from Roberts.
