As far as I'm concerned, band T-Shirts are the only way to go in terms of t-shirts. Branded ones are pretty lame and while I've got a couple of good non-branded image ones, nothing beats a band t for the conversations that it starts. I'm beginning to get quite a good collection going. I used to find it difficult when I was fatter but now that I know that I'm a large in American Apparel, it's made it pretty easy buying online. My favourites are ones that are ambiguous enough for those not into the band to not have a clue that it's a band shirt but that those that do know the band will recognise - particularly good when on the piss and a chick works it out - easy in that one. Anyway, what are your favourite band t's?
I'll also add that I'm a stupid cunt...just bought two shirts and then went back to the page just then and realised that one was a chick's shirt. Said it plain as day. Douche! Ah well, looks like some chick's getting a random band they likely won't have heard of that is too big as a present.
3-4 nirvana 4 smashing p umpkins 1 or 2 weezer 2 foo fighters jimmy hendrix white stripes astronautalis off the top of my head want more so bad
yeah i have 4. forgot to mention a random shirt with like 20 bands on it invluding nwa and beastie boys and shit and a beatles one
Kinda mixed on band t-shirts. Some are good, most are fucking horrendous. Only really works if it's an iconic image/band or the shirt itself is designed so it's not obvious right away it's a band shirt. That said, I have a Refused shirt that I flog pretty hard.
Got my first band shirt from T bar down in melbourne, tis a beatles one with the picture of them walking the zebra crossing at abbey road. Still not massive on band shirts personally
