I'm a proper batsman. It's in my rights to face garbage bowling and score bucket loads of runs. But I thought it was the done thing that we declare before bowlers can get in and inflate their batting averages...
Bit rough on Jazz to have to face Howe on ALC debut, although to be fair he got to face a Third XI on Second Class debut which not many people get to do, and he took full advantage.
