    We finished in the middle third due to our loss to Carlton, not the top 6.

    Keen on more Thursday/Friday night games too.

    Thoughts on the draw:

    * Brisbane got slaughtered. Good chance at the bottom 4 personally.
    * Richmond should have no excuses to miss the Top 4, IMO.
    * The draw looks good for a lot of those mid-tier clubs (North Melbourne, Adelaide, West Coast, Western Bulldogs for example) - they should push towards the 8.
    * This draw looks rather balanced - a couple of clubs got slaughtered (but most of them are the big guns anyway) and several got soft ones (most of which are weaker clubs), so the draw system looks to have done its job.
