    May being put on report was so stupid. But the rule saying Broncos use an interchange for him not being able to get back on within 15mins is also just as stupid.

    Also, Fletcher Baker is a useless cunt.

    You've got to open your eyes, this is the 5th year they've been top dog, whilst being hammered by origin and having Canterbury gut their stars.

    Comparisons to st George are pointless given how different the game is. Even with the salary cap they've sustained it. Cap rorters like storm, old Bronx and raiders couldn't do what I they've done. There's just no argument.

    It was momentum, but he did push with the opposite arm. I would have accepted either decision personally. Broncos got what they deserved. Played like ass.

    It's more a case of lesser opponents in my book. Gus really moulded their pathways program at the right time. They've pulled ahead and most other teams are just recognising it now. And with Covid years ruining the development of players in the other sides, they are all behind the 8 ball.

    As for best ever... Na, I dont see it. Put this Panthers side in a round robin with modern coaching and conditioning against 90s Raiders, 90s Broncos, Peak Storm and even Peak Roosters and they'd lose more than they win IMO.

    Well, 4th year. They werent top dog in 2020, obviously, when it mattered. And yeah there is an argument. That Broncos group technically won 3 comps in 4 years as well and lost Allan Langer during it.

    Respect to Penrith. Their consistency is unmatched. But if you had to pick a team for GF day or a finals series it wouldnt be them imo. The Broncos of the late 90s and the Storm with 3, potentially 4 immortals in it would beat them imo, all things being equal. Theyre certainly better sides on paper. I also think the competition is weaker now but that makes me sound like a grumpy dinosaur so...i wont go there.

    How I view Nathan Cleary sort of encapsulates how I view Penrith. The achievements command attention but I just dont think he or they are THAT good.
