The one thing I dislike about the game is how much of an advantage experience/SP/GP points can give you. Some of the stuff you can unlock like extra health, armour etc make you ridiculously better than new players. It kind of takes away from the skill vs skill thing.

If you're rating 200K your natural growth should account for them enough. If you have a shit loss just buy a cheap bloke and save the cash for the inevitable wage rise/buying players when you're genuinely a chance to promote.
