Wasn't Costigan ineligible because he played Origin this year or something? I think Four Nations has different rules to the World Cup.

Why on earth isn't Neville Costigan playing? These international rules are ridiculous. Players should be allowed to play for minnow nations without jeopardising their other rep footy. It's PNG ffs. Incidentally, I went to school with Joe Bond at Sandgate High. Bit of a funny **** but also a suck up. Don't know what he's like now though.
Costigan had an excellent World Cup. Absolute gave it to the Australian forwards when we played them. Bit hits and excellent charges. I tipped big things for him at the Dragons based on those performances, and I don't think he let me down.
