Wtf Canes. I'm fine with Proctor at 13 but Aso at 12 with Laumape being benched is baffling. Why try to fix something that isn't broken in Laumape and Haloholo. Aso has been shit for us so really am baffled. Better pay off....the Rebels could banana skin the fuck out of us.
Much better Jags team than the past 2 weeks. I'd still be inclined to say Saders for the win though. Don't think all this switching and swapping is doing them much favours as a team but tbh they still haven't played a complete game. I'd wait to see the Saders lineup but they should get the win.
Blade out is a big blow but Fifita is solid (highly rate him). I'd still say Canes here definitely, we looked a lot better last week and quite dangerous again. Just depends what Aso's like at 12. If he doesn't get a good game it'll not only kill our backs but our chances. Rebels don't have too many creators (just more do nothing wrong players) so provided we don't give them opportunities we should be sweet.
I would think maybe Debricini Stirzacker Thomson Read Would be the first players I would predict other clubs would be interested in should they fold. But yeah look at those names and you don't really see any line breaks coming from any of them over an 80 minute match. Their worst player is probably Shipperly (spelling?)
Difficult to call the games this weekend. Blues vs Sharks, Lions vs Stormers, Waratahs vs Brumbies can all go either way really.

I was away for the weekend but did manage to catch a replay of the Canes game - looking a lot better but the Rebels being poor did make us look better tbh. All the games went as I expected (winning wise) - wouldn't expect a 92-17 match but hey that's rugby. Big weekend coming up.
