Some games also run kinda slow on it. What's your frames per second? Turn on some speedhacks and see if they help (config - speed hacks). Try Use 1.5x/2x Cycle rate, Int Sync Hack, IOP, and WaitCycles. Might also want to increase the VU Cycle Stealing one.

Yeah, get a better computer. Or you could try to turn on some speed hacks, but it would't help by much. It's supposed to run at exactly 60fps (for NTSC) and exactly 50fps (for PAL), so if it's isn't close to that, then your computer probably isn't good enough.

Try a different CD/DVD plugin (Config --> Configure), and make sure you go File--> Run CD/DVD when starting a game. If it still doesn't work, something is wrong with your DISK/ISO.

Just open the ISO itself in the PCSX2 through the file/run.

Try making an ISO of the disk, or just download an ISO.

Just the one...There are bios for the Jap, NTSC and PAL versions, but all 3 usually come together.
