    There will be a lot of pressure on you midseason IMO. With talented bats like Fittaman, Verigotta, Ames and Morris coming through you will need to do something a LOT better than so.

    He's ahead of them atm. Id say there was more need for them to do ALOT better than him to warrant him losing his spot.

    Obviously if he fails then we consider someone else, but you dont drop a player whos only ben given a few games at the level, because hes not doing alot better than the others.

    If Dougy continues to average 20 in the midseason stuff that will be like 10 games average 20, we may not have great depth yet but we should not be playing someone like that. Hence there being pressure, I am not saying he needs to go out and average 50.

    Yeah as it stands he would more need to cause himself to be dropped than someone causing him to be dropped. Although I think Eds and Morris will be playing BS this season so could well put pressure on him too. Unless he was to go out and average 25 in the first half of BS, which could well find him dropped from the Rays, I would definitely have him in the midseason team.

    Yeah but your general record for GB is fairly decent is it not? (I honestly do not know there really was no other option but you before) However you slightly do have some breathing down your neck... Morris. We have not seen him play BS yet but if he does aswell as he did in ALC then you could be in trouble if you average 24 again, which really is a good thing for the side.
