How many weeks is the season in total? It looks like some of those injuries might take certain players out for the whole season before they've even played. EDIT: 9 weeks plus the bye week = 10 weeks of round robin before knock-outs. I wonder if some of the average injury should be reduced by (number of games in CPL AFL/number of games in actual AFL) as the simming software was presumably built around the standard AFL season length. Anyway, we'll have to stick with it for S2 - maybe something to think about for S3.

Nah it was built around a half season for CPL. LTIs in the AFL are often between 16-40 weeks. In here an LTI is 5-7 weeks with the occasional 8 weeker. Injuries are meant to create questions and test depth. They're meant to hurt - like they do in real life.
Hurting's fine - but losing a player for 75% of the season before they've even played... I'd want to replace 'em with a rookie like you would in the AFL (I think)
Yeah I get ya but that happens in the AFL too, plenty of clubs lose players in the pre-season. It sucks but at least no matter what in this you'll get them back at the end and for finals
2 more things. 1) If your seniors have the bye and reserves don't don't drop seniors down.I trust y'all to not be cunts about it but try and still name fringe/reserve players in reserves. No stars/genuinely good players play reserves unless they're dropped for form reasons. 2) new MVP system. 5-4-3-2-1 gone, replaced with a discretionary 21 point system. I can allocate the points how I wish with a maximum of 10 points to any player and a minimum of 3 players, maximum of 8. This will allow me to give votes based on genuine influence instead of a linear system while hopefully helping reward defensive performances too.

Just a heads up. Last season I spent way too much time chasing cunts up about lineups. I enjoy running this so I'll find the time to do it despite having less available atm but I really can't be fucked chasing cunts up about lineups. If everyone submits lineups I'll sim, no worries. No delays, it'll happen. If I'm missing a lineup I just won't sim though and I won't chase the bloke up. If you guys want to chase each other up that's fine but just so you know - lineups = simming, no lineups = no worries, it just makes it really hard to sim without it as there'll always be a game missing. Reserves always comes before seniors hence the delay for this round *cough* reframe/benny
