Love being a leggie in career mode. Played 4 innings and have got pfeifers every time. Top score 37 as a batsman. Pre meditate every shot. I only play front foot shots and I try to hit into regions where there are no outfielders. Deep midwicket running to deep fine leg and taking catches is fucking bs.
Played 7 or 8 FC games for Hampshire in my leggie career and have taken 60 odd wickets so far. Went from 'No Chance' of playing for my player's country to 'Long way off'(Country is RSA).
The steam version will have the patch. I'm guessing I'll be able to play that before I play the PS3 patched version.
Shri, stay salty bitch. Just played the steam version and started a new career at 21 (bowling AR) and holy shit the game looks so much better. Bowling is more difficult but you can still take a handful of wickets. Nowhere near as many bad ball wickets, or the batter missing the ball by a mile randomly. The replays are a lot better too. I was really hoping to test out the batting but I played on on my first delivery. Only an hour of gameplay but I'm impressed. You cunts really wanna restart your career at 21 or older. I just played my first match and I'm already an established member of several comps.
Yeah of course, but I think you can still only set it at the beginning from what I can tell. One thing I noticed, and maybe it was already there, is the different graphic filters you can use to play. I love the retro look but playing in black and white would be awesome too.
Okay i need to get a controller for my PC it seems. Either that or figure out how tog et my PS3 one working for PC.
What? The difficulty setting applies across the board as far as I know. Tests will always be the toughest but it's all relative to the difficulty you choose at the beginning. I haven't played a Test yet so I might be wrong, but I don't think I am.
