Is there any player progression in this? Example depending on your position certain stats get a small boost every off season. Or am I remembering things that never actually happened?
Yeah there is player progression. I did that all months ago, I just had to re-do the rosters which takes like 5 mins per player.
How does player progression work? Or is that something you want kept secret? I reckon for every season a player gets, they should receive 5 skill points. Depending on positions, certain stats should have cap limits. The higher a stat is, the more skill points it costs to boost it up +1. eg; if a certain skill is between 0-79 it costs 1 skill point to raise it by 1. If it's between 80-85 it costs 2 skill points to raise it by 1. If it's between 86-90 it costs 3 skill points to raise it by 1. 91 and over costs +4 to raise it by 1. Rough idea but something like that would be pretty cool. I guess it'd take more time for Mousey during the offseason though
Yeah, I'm thinking of implementing something like this next season, but this season players were boosted based on performance (major) and activity (minor). If I do it'll be more packages though (ie perimeter shooting, rebounding, post offence, etc)
Is there just a GF at the end or is it a final series? Best of 3 final series would be more traditional basketball style.
