So I'm sitting on the crapper (more on that in a minute) and I was thinking, there are quite a few of us that have been chatting with each other for over 5 years over at Sidhe and CricSim. Even longer for the remaining few from the old NRLM forum. I can't help but wonder when that will end, or even when people from the old guard are just going to stop. People like Fiery show that you're never too old to post on a forum, and the likes of Rusty still manage to get in a few posts a day and make their presence felt while having a family, etc. Would Cribb shutting down CricSim be the catalyst for everyone going their separate e-ways? An interesting notion, even if I have no real point to make here...
Never. Especially for those actually good at CricSim. Cunts will track you down and try to make you sign contracts until the day you (or I ) die.
If you happened to 'give up' on CricSim, would you hand the reigns down to someone who was willing to do it; someone active like AVA or such?
I'm definitely open to one day handing all the simming and scheduling over to someone else, but if ever the day came where I couldn't do things like the simming average determinations etc then I'd probably end it. I honestly don't think it'd ever come to that though unless I ended up without internet for some reason.

If CricSim shut down I'd probably just go my own way as this is my only forum. Will probably go inactive sometime next year like I did last year, but can't put a date on my retirement yet.
I am kind of hopeing for some kind of post apocalyptic setting soon. Get rid of all this darned technology, and stupid "culture"
