    the only issue i see as far as soft tries, is that he has lost some of his pace and as such its easier to get outside him, but i think if he defends at centre until the last few when he drops back that isnt really an issue

    Slater was not voted worlds best player.

    If I want my fullback to make a big break against the play, I will pick Slater. If I want my fullback to be rock solid all night and act as a second 5/8, I will pick Hunt.
